Full Turbo Kits
System I:
The System 1 Turbo kit, although
reasonably priced, is robust enough to satisfy all but the
most power hungry customers. Additionally, if more power
is needed in the future, all parts are easily upgradable
to the specs of the System II and III kits. Kit features
and pictures are below:


• Custom Garrett GT-28R
Ballistic Dual Ball Bearing Turbo - Water and oil
cooled
• Bell Intercooler Inc. FMIC (18" x 5.5"
x 3.5" core) with aluminum splash panel attached
• Stainless steel, mandrel bent piping for the exhaust
side piping
• Mandrel bent steel intercooler piping - powder-coated
black
• Bosch Bypass valve
• Keeps all emissions equipment intact (including
the catalytic converter)
• Can be run with a test pipe for off highway use.
• Supplied with Autometer Boost/vacuum gauge and single
gauge A-pillar pod
• All parts required for install are supplied - (except
for MAF, Injectors, Software* and tools)

System II:
This configuration is for those
who might want to turn up the boost in the future. 
In addition to the parts supplied
in System I, System II includes:
• Larger Bell Intercooler Inc. 24 x
6 x 3.5 FMIC (with aluminum splash panel attached).
• Modified Intercooler piping for larger intercooler

System III:
For those who feel they might
outgrow the GT-28R turbo, System III will be the choice
for you.
Includes all parts (except those parts replaced
by upgraded units) from System I and System II plus:
• Garrett GT-28RS turbo (aka the "Disco
Potato")
• 3" Compressor Inlet Pipe

Kit:
A 50% deposit is required to build your kit.
The remaining balance will be due one week prior to shipment.
Approximate shipping time is six to eight weeks unless kits
are in stock.

*Although, as SCT dealers, we are currently
working on a Software, MAF, Injector (MIC) solution, all
Kits are currently sold as “Tuner Kits” whereby
the end user will need to supply the necessary Software,
MAF and Injectors. If you are unsure where to source these
items, call or email us for recommendations.
We can also supply SCT
Pro Racer packages, at a reasonable cost, to interested
customers.
Although we have not
yet submitted the Ford Focus Turbo for CARB exemption in
California, it has been designed to be easily certified
for emissions compliance. The major requirement is to retain
the original position of all the emissions equipment. Xios
Motorworks kits advanced system complies with the stringent
California emissions standards and is therefore suitable
for submission for approval for legal street use. We plan
to persue this if demand is sufficient.
