Aerocharger Retrofit Kit
The Aerodyne turbo's power cap
is set in stone, its failure when pushed beyond its limits
is common and replacements are not readily available. Until
now, Aerocharger users with failed turbos or larger power
goals had no option other than to buy a completely new turbo
kit. Xios Motorworks is now pleased to offer Aerocharger
users another option. Our Focus Retrofit Kit allows Aerocharger
owners to upgrade their turbos to the newer, more reliable,
and easier to source Garrett GT series turbos. All parts
necessary for the upgrade are included. Look below to see

Kit Contents:
• Garrett GT-28R turbo - water and oil
cooled
• New throttle inlet casting - witn ports for conventional
bypass valve
• New compressor outlet pipe - 2" to 1.75"
to adapt to AC piping
• New compressor inlet pipe -
• New plenum inlet pipe
• new bypass valve - Uprated Bosch unit used in Porsche
911 turbo
• New turbo up-pipe
• New 2.5" turbo downpipe
• turbo water and oil lines
• all hardware necessary for installation - SS hose
clamps, silicone couplers, bolts, nuts, vacuum lines, heat
shielding etc.
All exhaust side piping is mandrel
bent stainless steel. All inlet piping is mandrel bent and
powdercoated black. Other options available include larger
turbos and larger intercoolers. Contact us for more information.

A 50% deposit is required to build your kit.
The remaining balance will be due one week prior to shipment.

Although, as SCT dealers, we are currently
working on a Software, MAF, Injector (MIC) solution, all
Kits are currently sold as “Tuner Kits” whereby
the end user will need to supply the necessary Software,
MAF and Injectors. If you are unsure where to source these
items, call or email us for recommendations. We can also
supply SCT Pro Racer packages, at a reasonable cost, to
interested customers.
Although we have not yet submitted the Ford
Focus Turbo for CARB exemption in California, it has been
designed to be easily certified for emissions compliance.
The major requirement is to retain the original position
of all the emissions equipment. Xios Motorworks kits advanced
system complies with the stringent California emissions
standards and is therefore suitable for submission for approval
for legal street use. We plan to do this if demand is sufficient.
